Find A College

There are several college options available to you. The most widely known are the 4-year public and private colleges and universities. These institutions award bachelors, masters and professional degrees (PhD, MD, etc.). The third option is 2-year colleges, which include the community and junior colleges that award associate degrees. Next, there are the career colleges, for-profit schools that award certificates and associate degrees in career subjects. Finally, there are the open universities, schools that allow anyone to enroll and earn certificates and degrees, and online and distance learning universities (which also award certificates).
