Young Entrepreneurs™ Program (YEP!)* – YEP! is an entrepreneurship training program for students age 14-18. YEP! students work with business and community leaders to understand the market, write business plans, develop products and services, raise startup money, start and manage a business. Students may join YEP! in their freshman year of high school and then remain in the program through graduation. Participating in a longer term program ensures that students will have enough time and support to actually create a real business that makes money and creates jobs.
Race for Learning* - Race for Learning is a supplemental education program that provides high school students an opportunity to learn new business and life skills, and to apply classroom learning in the exciting, fast-paced motorsports field. Students age 14-18 manage and operate a motorsports marketing firm and drag racing team, helping business professionals and staff to manage day-to-day business operations, plan and execute marketing promotions, coordinate staffing, conduct business meetings and other business-related tasks. Additionally, students will compete with one another to win challenges and earn trips to racing events around the country where they work directly with the racing team, teachers and/or tutors to complete learning experiments and activities involving math, physics, geometry, aerodynamics, mechanics, design, chemistry and computer programming.
