Spring4th was founded by D.D. Johnice, a certified senior human resources professional, professional speaker and career coach with over 10 years experience coaching and advising corporate executives at Fortune 500 companies. Most recently Ms. Johnice served as Director of Training & Development at noted education R & D organization WestEd. Ms. Johnice has dedicated her career to helping working professionals find, change and improve their careers and life choices. She has trained hundreds of new managers, recruited and hired thousands of talented people and advised the leaders of businesses large and small. The results: More talented employees who made more money for themselves and their employers, and more talented people who love what they do for a living.

Now, Ms. Johnice has decided to invest her talents in helping young people before they find themselves in jobs they don’t love. Ms. Johnice has made it her mission to ensure that all young people have an opportunity to realize their wildest dreams and live their best lives. She is so passionate about this that she authored a book entitled Everybody Else’s Guide to Getting Into College, in which she expresses her commitment to ensuring that “everybody” has an opportunity to go to college, no matter how many obstacles there appear to be.

Ms. Johnice also frequently donates her time and talent as a presenter and trainer to high schools, colleges and community organizations. She teaches students and parents about college and career planning, and life skills. Prior to founding Spring4th, Ms. Johnice was a presenter for professional training companies including Monster’s Making It Count.

Ms. Johnice, and the entire Spring4th team are committed to becoming a valuable resource to students, their parents and educators as they work to ensure that every student has an opportunity to succeed. Spring4th has more than 300 trained presenters, many of whom are undergraduate and graduate students, working professionals, and educators. Unlike other providers, our presenters are not trained to deliver canned speeches. Instead, Spring4th’s trainers are well-versed on the workshop and presentation topics, and willing and able to answer specific questions after the session.
