COMPANY OVERVIEW
Spring4th Educational & Advisory Services, a social business enterprise, will be the nation’s leading provider of educational training and advisory services to middle school, high school and college students, foster and emancipated youth, and youth involved in community programs. Our primary focus is college and career planning, and entrepreneurship training. However, we offer several life skills workshops and presentations.

Spring4th’s educational training offerings include interactive presentations, hands-on workshops, weeklong retreats, summer camps and before- and after- school programs. Students leave every training with tools, resourcs and contacts they can use after the session, including customized action plans, workbooks, applications, and learning aids from Spring4th Publishing, and free tools, information and other contacts from our business and industry partners.

Our advisory services include administration and outsourcing of existing career technical education, school-to-work, college planning and career services programs.

Finally, Spring4th brings its mission full circle by offering career and professional development training to working professionals and their employers via our Corporate & Career Training Division.

Spring4th Educational Services currently offers over 50 workshops and presentations, 6 career/technical education programs and 50+ career guides and publications, many of which are free.

Career/Technical Education Training Programs

  • Race for Learning (R4L) – An opportunity to learn about careers in science, technology, engineering, and auto mechanics while working as part of a National Hot Rod Association motorsports team.
  • Main Street MBA (MSMBA) - Main Street MBA is a business training and incubation program for young entrepreneurs and minority small business owners.
  • Young Entrepreneurs Program (YEP!) – YEP! students work with business and community leaders to understand the market, write business plans, develop products and services, raise startup money, start and manage a business.
  • Young Lions Career Network (YLCN) – The Young Lions Career Network is a career training and networking group for career-minded college students and newly employed young professionals.
  • Summer of Success (SOS) - Students are introduced to careers that allow them to “do good and live well”, and to scholarship and grant opportunities available for those who volunteer.
  • Corner Office – Corner office is an internship, apprenticeship and cooperative education program for students age 16-25. Benefits include gaining valuable job skills, earn money and recommendation letters.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide useful, top-quality training and advisory services that will ensure that every student will have accss to the resources they need to achieve their personal college, career and life goals. For this reason, many of our workshops, presentations and other tools are provided to students at no cost.

Our work is driven by two very important goals:

  1. To teach every student to maximize life’s possibilities, to identify and take advantage of life’s opportunities, and to lead successful lives. At Spring4th, we believe this can only be possible when students are exposed to, and prepared for, the possibilities, and given the right tools and resources to build the lives they may only have dreamed of. Spring4th’s interactive presentations and hands-on workshops deliver top-quality information that students can begin using immediately.
  2. To be a resource for parents and educators, helping them to make proactive and informed decisions on behalf of their children and students.
